AFC Wimbledon have reached an agreement with supervisor Wally Downes that was first-team.
The agreed departure comes just days following the 58-year-old was given a four-week suspension from all action after acknowledging to breaching FA rules that are gambling.
Downes was suspended by the League One club last month after being charged by the FA, was , at the time, alleged to have put eight stakes and July 2019, in contravention of the organisations rules on betting.
The team confirmed Downes departure in a statement, published on their site, together with the conclusion.
Even though Wallys FA disciplinary process concluded this past week, the board consider that a reversal of first-team manager is the best option to help the club maintain its latest upturn in performances, the announcement read.

Glyn Hodges has been in charge of affairs.
The club supported Hodges will behave as caretaker manager, with all the Dons lying bottom of the table.
