Alexander Zverev acquired a rubber to earn Team Europe a win over Team World in the Laver Cup.
Zverev conquer Raonic 6-4 3-6 10-4 in a row for Team Europe’s third victory.
Team World have been 7-5 down but John Isner and Jack Sock overcame Stefanos Tsitsipas and Roger Federer 5-7 6-4 to place them 8-7 up.
Team Europe won following Federer beat Isner and Zverev won although taylor Fritz conquer Dominic Thiem to make it 11-7.
Fritz procured a narrow 7-5 6-7 (3-7) 10-5 victory over Thiem, while 20-time Grand Slam winner Federer, playing in his home nation, maintained that a 6-4 7-6 (7-3) win over Isner at Geneva.
Both sides had participant withdrawals for injuries together with Rafael Nadal pulling out to Team Europe and Nick Kyrgios for Team World.
Nadal was assumed to partner Federer in the doubles and face Kyrgios in a singles tie.
The Spaniard was replaced by Tsitsipas in the doubles, while Thiem came in for him at the singles ties – in.
Team World have to win the contest since its beginning.
“I’m very pleased with my group,” explained Team Europe skipper Bjorn Borg. “I am a really delighted captain.”
