Lincoln 1-1 Shrewsbury: Cian Bolger sent off in stalemate at Sincil Bank

Cian Bolger has been shown a red card since Lincoln and Shrewsbury played out a dour goalless draw at Sincil Bank.
The Imps centre-back was sent off by 10 minutes to go about Shrews substitute Shaun Whalley near the halfway line, apparently dismissed for denying a goalscoring chance for a foul.
The end result was a fair reflection of a match that lacked action and episode.
The Imps edged the using Jorge Grant, Michael OConnor and Bruno Andrade .
Shrewsbury ended the half nicely with Jason Cummings shooting high and wide just before the rest.
In the second halfof the visitors had the first meaningful shot on goal if Sean Goss free-kick was beaten off by Josh Vickers.
In the other end, Tyler Walker, Lincolns top scorer, had a goal ruled out for offside after Max OLeary had saved John Akindes shot.
Town have been given a boost in the final stages when Bolger saw reddish and they piled the pressure searching for a winner, however, Vickers kept them at bay with a few excellent saves.
